Services Help!

Would someone be kind enough to tell me if they see the same events in there Event log?

Under the System Log, I see the same messages every few minutes.

The Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider service entered the stopped state.
The Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider service entered the running state.
The Volume Shadow Copy service entered the stopped state.
The Volume Shadow Copy service was successfully sent a start control.

Is this normal?! See attached screenshot.

Please help, I'll buy anyone within a 15 minute radius of Greensboro, NC a beer.

I had a major crash over the weekend thanks to some lazy updates failing on one of my hard drives. After a re-installation, I am trying to make sure it will not happen again.

Could someone just tell me if they see the same services stop and start on their WHS?
