Can't Reply, Can't Post

Every time I want to start a new thread, or reply to a post, I get a message "You have been Logged out". What am I doing wrong? I was able to post a thread, but cannot do so now most frustrating

working ok here, must be something your end. Try clearing your browser history (including cookies).

Many thanks for the tip deleting cookies and temporary files did the trick, All help greatly appreciated.
