1. The name of your provider?
Plusnet

2. Type of service it is? Either Satellite, Cable, Broadband, Dial-up etc.
Broadband

3. The name of your providers package?
PlusNet Broadband Your Way Option 3 with included 20GB bandwidth

4. What country you live in?
UK

5. What ports are blocked if any?
None (see below)

6. Any other relevant info?
Plusnet have a feature called 'broadband firewall', which when enabled will block the neccasary ports for WHS, if you want to disable this go to connections settings in the managment console, select broadband fire wall, and turn it off. I am not sure if this is on by default or not, but i forgot i had it on and spent several hours wondering why my port forwarding attempts where failing so dismally!
