AsRock AMD Nvidia budget build

Newbie here, not too tech savvy, but a PC enthusiast.
My Gamer is getting filled with stuff of all kinds, so I decided to PLAY with WHS. I used the free downloaded trial to see if it looked simple enough for me, it was. I bought the software from the egg, after having some driver issues on an old socket A machine. I also had some decent hardware laying around, so, the build was ON.

New stuff
Cooler Master ATX case $40
AsRock A10N78M AM3 board $55
Kingston 2Gb DDRII 800 dual kit
250Gb Hitachi Deskstar SATAII
500Gb WD Blue SATAII

Used stuff

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+ 2.8 Ghz dual core 65W
Fan and Heat sink from a 125W Phenom quad CPU
400 Watt used PS with nice fan setup
IDE dvd r/w drive
Floppy drive

UPDATE

The onboard NIC did not work well with WHS and could not seem to find a fix.
I disabled it and used a Netgear GA311 pci NIC, w/XP driver, all is well. LOL
