Wrong way to uninstall plugins!?

I installed some plugins, and like a moron, I went to the control panel and uninstalled some of them.

So now, when I run Windows Home Server Console it stops responding. So i can't install the plugins, and i can't get to the screen to uninstall them...

What can I do besides starting over?
