1. The name of your provider? - Comcast
2. Type of service it is? Either Satellite, Cable, Broadband, Dial-up etc. - Cable
3. The name of your providers package? - Unkown
4. What country you live in? - USA
5. What ports are blocked if any? - None that I know of.
6. Any other relevant info? - No
