Can't Download Large Files Remotely

I have home server running at my house so I can access my movies and games from college. This works fine for small files, but when I try to download large files, the download stops around 150-200 MB. No error of any kind is given. My isp is Verizon Fios, with a 5 mb/s upload (with no cap). I have tried using multiple computers on different isps and different browsers, and every one of them does the same thing. I read about a timeout issue for uploads--is there something I can change to let me download large files?

I am having the same issue.

My ISP: Verizon FIOS - bandwidth 25/15
My Server: HP Ex485

I have tried the changing the server remote timeout but that makes no difference.

I hope we can figure this out.. :(
