I did a manual backup of one computer.(xp).ok, I started a 2nd backup of another computer(multi partions xp,vista,ubuntu)...it was very slow, and I did not see any disk activty...so i cancelled it.
Now I can not do a backup...tryed cleanup, restart ..etc...the backup option is greyed out. Also I went to auto backup...set time to start but didn't work....checked services and it is started......Anyone has any suggestions????

Have you rebooted the Server? and teh Client(S)

while in whs console I deleted the broblem computer, and reinstalled connection from computer. That worked. I see thee vista partion now..next to backup vista and upgrade to win7.....
